Nanovation wins a three year French Agence National de la Recherche funding to put its’ oxide-based solar-blind photodetectors into orbit on a nanosatellite. Nanovation CEO, Ferechteh Teherani, explains that the tiny solid-state UV sensors will be used to monitor the evolution of the ozone hole and earth’s climate in general.
